Every story shared is a bridge built. Every gathering is an act of care

Champion Inclusivity CIC began with a simple idea: that connection awakens and empowers.

Founded in Coventry by Dr. Nor Aziz, the organisation was born from years of community engagement, creative work, and lived experience.

As a Malaysian-born community producer, changemaker and artist, Nor saw how easily stories and traditions can fade when people move between cultures. Through her work, she noticed the quiet loneliness hidden within multicultural cities and the joy that re-emerges when people are given a space to share and belong.

From a single storytelling workshop in 2020, Champion Inclusivity has grown into a trusted partner for local councils, cultural institutions, and neighbourhood groups, leading projects that combine art, heritage, wellbeing, and social change

At Champion Inclusivity, we believe inclusion is not a policy, it’s a way of working that we nurture. Belonging doesn’t happen by chance. It’s built, one story, one meal, one shared experience at a time.

Our work is grounded in

three guiding principles:

Care Before Action

 Listening deeply before designing solutions.

Culture as Connection

Using heritage, creativity, and food as tools for unity.

Community as Strength

Empowering people to shape the places they live in together and creating the spaces they belong to.

Our approach is simple, human, and evidence-based.

We bridge creativity and care to design projects that strengthen community voice and confidence.

Our 4-Step Model for Meaningful Impact

1

Listen

We begin by understanding the community: their needs, stories, and hopes.

2

Co-Create

Together, we design inclusive experiences that invite reflection and participation.

3

Deliver

We manage the project end-to-end with integrity, clarity, and accountability.

4

Reflect

We document learning and share it to strengthen long-term change.

Our Methodology Includes

Facilitation approach in a safe and inclusive environment, being mindful of triggers and valuing cultural relevance to foster trust.

Intergenerational participation bringing different age groups together aiming to build understanding and create more cohesive communities.

Faith and culture-friendly design to create space and processes that respect, accommodate diverse religious spiritual belief and practices.

Evidence-driven evaluation uses credible data to assess the effectiveness and impact of programs for improvement and accountability.

Our Values in Practice

Every project we deliver is guided by four simple but powerful values

Listening

 Every voice matters.

Learning

Every story teaches.

Legacy

Every connection grows.

Love

Every act of care counts.

Together, we can build communities that care.

Whether you’re a local authority, funder, or community group, Champion Inclusivity welcomes collaboration.

Let’s design spaces where everyone feels they belong.
